Fees and charges
New and existing tenants
The following charges are applicable for Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council allotment plots from 1 April 2025:
- For plots 1 to 100 square metres: £26 per annum
- For plots 101 to 200 square metres: £36 per annum
- For plots 201 to 300 square metres: £46 per annum
All new tenants will incur a £26 administration charge on their first invoice.
Tenants over 60 years of age
25% reduction for tenants over 60 years of age (proof of age will be required). This excludes the admin charge.
