Opened in late 2015, The Crescent is Hinckley’s major £80m commercial leisure scheme developed by the Tin Hat Regeneration Partnership. It has created a modern mixed-use development, well linked to the town centre and with larger units to complement the existing town centre shops. It was established to provide a purpose-built, well-configured retail scheme to meet modern needs.

The scheme includes:

• Sainsbury's superstore
• Cineworld: five-screen multiplex cinema
• TK Maxx
• Restaurants 
• New bus station
• 550 car parking spaces
