Wheeled bin/container not returned correctly
How to report a problem
Wheeled bins and containers must be placed at the edge of your property with the pavement/footpath or road. Your bins must be clearly visible and not cause an obstruction to vehicles and pedestrians. This is in accordance with the wheeled bin and container policy.
After emptying, we will return the bin(s) to an appropriate position on your property that does not cause an obstruction.
If we do not return your wheeled bin/container correctly, then please let us know so that we can improve the service in the future. (Please note, we don't usually return to the property to move a bin back to the correct location.)
Report bin/container not returned correctly
Summary of policy
Wheeled bins and containers must be placed at the edge of your property with the public highway where they are clearly visible and in such a manner as not to cause an obstruction to vehicles and pedestrians. If a property is located on private land the expectation is that containers are presented at the public highway.
Your containers need to be at the bin collection point by 7am on the day of collection and be taken back onto the property within 24 hours of collection.
