Due to the predicted high temperatures, from Tuesday 7 July until Friday 10 July, please present your bin by 6am if it is your collection day.

Our service standards:
- To provide the collection service on agreed scheduled days to all areas of the borough
- Provide you with replacement containers within ten working days
- Collect a bin that we miss within two working days excluding bank holidays. Please note this may be longer during busy holiday periods
- Collect extra recycling on your scheduled collection day (such as extra cardboard, paper, plastic bottles, food/drink tins, glass bottles/jars, cartons)
- Return your container to an appropriate position on your property boundary
