(Formerly dog breeding licence)
To run a business of breeding dogs for sale in the Hinckley & Bosworth Borough area, you will need a licence from us.
You will be classed as running a business of breeding dogs for sale if one or both of the statements below applies:
- You are breeding for sale three or more litters of puppies in a 12-month period
- You are breeding dogs and advertising a business of selling dogs (regardless of the number of litters)
