Safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk of harm or abuse

Safeguarding overview

Infant and teddy bear

Everyone has a safeguarding responsibility to children and adults who are at risk of harm or abuse - we all have a part to play in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those individuals.

This may be raising a concern, or passing on information. If you are in a professional role, it may also mean taking on more responsibilities.

If you are at all concerned and need support or information, there are a number of support mechanisms available.
