Financial assistance

If you are a private homeowner struggling to afford or carry out general repairs and maintenance to your home, the council may be able to offer you financial assistance to enable the progress of your home improvements.

Financial assistance can be used for a variety of works such as:

Damp proof course
Roof repairs
Electrical rewiring
Heating system repairs and replacements
Insulation and energy efficiency improvements
