We publish information on all properties allocated though our housing register for the previous month. We aim to publish this information on the first Friday of the month (or the first working day after).
The information on each property allocated includes:
- The number of homeseekers who correctly responded to the property (placed a bid)
- The housing need category of the successful homeseeker
- The date of registration or the effective date of the successful homeseeker

Further information on the bidding process
Should we find there are homeseekers who have not bid for a property in the last 12 months, the homeseeker will be contacted to ensure they understand how the bidding works and discuss their housing needs.
