New tenants survey 2020/21

Take part in our new tenants' survey

This survey was for tenants of Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council who had recently moved into one of our properties.

In order to take part in the survey you would have needed the password and survey number which was in the letter that you would have received recently.

What was it about?

The survey was about how satisfied you were with the process for moving in and how easy you found it to settle into your new home. We wanted to ensure that our services are provided to a high standard and that you had the support needed to maintain your tenancy going forward.

How you could have got involved

You would have been sent an invite to take part in the survey within six months of moving in. You could have completed our survey by completing the online form or completed the form we sent to you in the post and send it back to us. In both cases you would have needed your password and survey number from your invitation to complete the survey.

Please note, this survey is not currently running.

Your responses will be used to help us develop our services.
