What's it all about?
The housing service is keen to ensure that residents are consulted on issues that affect them.
We asked all tenants to complete a housing satisfaction survey. This takes place once every two years and we use this, as well as other surveys and methods, to inform our service development plans.
The survey aims to tell us how we, the council, did as your landlord.
How you could have got involved

Results
The results will help us maintain and improve the services we provide to you.
