Licensing Act 2003 - objections
How to object to an alcohol licence
Reasons to object and how to object
The Licensing Act 2003 is based around four principles:
- The prevention of crime and disorder
- Public safety
- The prevention of public nuisance
- The protection of children from harm
Your objection (also known as a representation) must relate to the issues listed above and not to any other issues. They must be made in writing and may be given a subsequent hearing
