Street trading consent licence

If you wish to sell any item within designated streets in the Hinckley town centre area, you will need to apply for a street trading consent licence from the council.

The application will be considered in relation to:

• The trading location
• Goods for sale
• Trading hours
• Suitability of trader

Please note the consent given is subject to conditions.

Each application needs to be accompanied by two passport type photographs of the applicant and any assistants, all of whom are also required to submit a Basic Criminal Records Certificate.
