Bulky collection - charges and concessions

Charges for this collection service are based on the items collected

Each item has a rate:

• Rate 1: This is the standard rate which applies to most items. One item at the standard rate is charged as one item
• Rate 2: This is a higher rate which applies to larger items. One item at this higher rate is charged as two items

General bulky items (also known as non-POPS):

• Up to three items: £40
• Additional items per item: £12
• Maximum of five items per booking

Upholstered items (also known as POPS):

• Up to two items: £40
• Additional items per item: £17.50
• Maximum of five items per booking
