My council tax, my benefits and my business rates: accessibility

Capita Connect provides my council tax, my benefits and my business rates, the facility to manage these services online.

We have identified the following accessibility issues:

WCAG A 1.3.1 Info and relationships

• Some ARIA label IDs are missing

WCAG AA 1.4.11 Non-text contrast

• Some form controls don't contrast sufficiently with their surroundings

WCAG 2.1 A Criterion 1.4.1 Use of color

• Some links are not visually distinct from regular text

WCAG 2.1 AA Criterion 1.3.5 Identify input purpose

• The purpose of some form fields isn't identified programmatically
