Licensing self-assessment questionnaire
The purpose of the licensing self-assessment questionnaire is to help the Licensing Authority assess a licensed premises compliance with its conditions of licence, the promotion of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, protection of children from harm) the level of staff training, fire safety, and any security concerns where a business may be vulnerable.
