Reporting empty homes
If you own an empty home and you would like help to bring your property back into use, please get in touch so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
Alternatively, if you know of a privately-owned empty residential property in your area that has fallen into a state of disrepair that is impacting on others, please let us know as we may be able to intervene. You can contact our Private Sector Housing Team on 01455 238141 or complete the online empty property notification form. Our Private Sector Housing Team will investigate the report and, where possible, work with the owner to bring their empty home back into use.
