Register for my housing
The way you register and log in to your housing account is changing.
We have made improvements to ‘my housing’, the service which allows you to manage your housing information online.
You will need an online account - 'my account'
You will now need to log in or register for an online account ('my account') in order to use this service, even if you have previously registered for ‘my housing’.
An online account allows you to view all your account information in one place: the advantages of creating an online account
If you have an online account already, you do not need to register for an online account again. Simply log in to your online account, then follow the instructions in this page under You can now register for my housing services.
Register for housing services (new and existing tenants)
If you do not have an online account (my account):
- First, you need to register for an online account
- You will be sent an email asking you to complete your account set-up
- Complete the email verification by clicking the link in your confirmation email
- Provide your personal details
You can now register for my housing services
Once you have an online account, you can register for housing services:
- Under the heading ‘Housing services for existing tenants’ select ‘Register for housing services’
- Complete and submit the registration form, you will be asked for:
- Your rent tenancy reference number (10 digits)
- Your date of birth
- Your name (this is your name in your online account)
- Your address and contact details (these are the details in your online account)
What happens next?
Once you have registered, we will check whether the information you provide matches your tenancy information and then send you a confirmation email within seven working days.
If the information you provide matches your tenancy information, you will be able to log in to your online account and then select 'View my housing services'.
If the information does not match, you will not be given access to view your housing services online, and we will email you to explain why.
