Visitors enjoy popular Festive Feast market in Hinckley
Thousands of people enjoyed the ever-popular Festive Feast food and craft market in Hinckley on Sunday (14 December).
The annual free-to-attend event played host to almost 50 stallholders around the Christmas tree in Market Place, the heart of Hinckley town centre.
Visitors were treated to offerings of hot and cold street foods, warming mulled wine and cider, crafts, gifts and much more.
There was also live music from Richie Phillips, entertainment from Fosse 107 and even a stilt-walking Santa Claus to entertain as crowds enjoyed the goods on offer.
Cllr Mark Bools, Deputy Leader at the Borough Council, said: “Festive Feast always goes down a treat each year, and I’m glad 2025 was no different.
“Thank you to everyone who came down and supported this local shopping and eating experience. It fosters a great community spirit and plenty of local businesses benefit too, providing a great boost to the Hinckley town centre economy.
“As you wrap up your Christmas shopping or enjoy festive catchups with friends and family, remember that parking will be free on Saturday, 20 December in three town centre car parks: Castle, Trinity West, and North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College. And don’t forget – all council-run car parks are free every Sunday!”
