BALLERS Pool Lounge opens in The Crescent, Hinckley
BALLERS Pool Lounge will officially open in Hinckley’s The Crescent this week, the first of its kind in the shopping complex.
The new venue opens to the public on Wednesday 17 December, after preview evenings for friends and family enjoying a range of refreshments and live TV sports coverage.
BALLERS will host regular pool and darts tournaments, creating a vibrant new hub for local sports enthusiasts.
The new venue is located in Block C of The Crescent – the council-owned section of the development which also includes Cineworld Cinema, Tarro Lounge, Wildwood, The Elbow Room, Bikaneri Bar & Restaurant, Otto Meze Grill and Mobility & Lifestyle.
BALLERS co-owner Adam Dean said: “As locals who grew up in Hinckley, we’ve long felt there was a real need for a venue dedicated to pool and darts enthusiasts. Both sports are currently experiencing a surge in popularity, with regional leagues proving hugely competitive.
“We chose The Crescent because we believe it’s unbeatable as a location. It’s modern, well-connected, and easily accessible, with a bus station right on the doorstep, a train station just around the corner, and 550 car parking spaces available on site.
“Over the past few months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes, connecting with local suppliers and teams. It was great to be able to show the finished venue to friends and family, many of whom had helped us get it ready to open this week.”
Council Leader Stuart Bray said: “It’s fantastic to see BALLERS open its doors in The Crescent, bringing something truly new and exciting to Hinckley. What makes this even more special is that the owners are local people who grew up here and genuinely care about our community. I’m delighted to welcome BALLERS and look forward to seeing it become a vibrant hub where people can come together, enjoy great company, and celebrate our shared love of sport. Thank you to the owners for investing in Hinckley and helping our town thrive.”
