Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council in conjunction with Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport are asking residents to complete an online survey to understand the impact coronavirus restrictions are having on their physical activity.
The results of the survey will help shape suitable programmes and information to support residents’ physical activity and health over the coming months.
The survey is open to everyone and will give the Borough Council and Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport an overall picture of the current fitness health of the local population.
The survey will only take a few minutes and residents have the option to compete it anonymously or you can be entered into a prize draw.

Councillor Keith Nichols, Executive Member for Leisure at the Borough Council said:
It’s really important that we understand what impact the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown is having on our health in general and the survey results will help provide a clearer picture. Are people using the internet to keep fit at home? Have residents taken up jogging or uncovered the bike at the back of shed? Are they missing the gym or just sat at home? All of these answers will help us to design, plan and help deliver an improved range of health and well-being programmes. We would like to thank everyone in advance for their time and feedback.
