Hinckley and Bosworth Young People's Voice

Are you aged between 11 to 19 years of age?

Four hands in a square with Hinckley and Bosworth Young people's voice Forum

Why not join our young people's voice forum, you can get involved and participate politically in your local area.

Join us at our annual young people's conference, this is a yearly opportunity for young people across the borough to get involved and participate politically in their local area.

Our conference is an open forum for young people to converse with officers about all things involving their local area and is an important platform for young people aged 11 to 19 to actively engage in their community. Additionally, we are able to run single workshops specifically for our area's secondary schools around topics including, but not limited to, budgeting and money management, national government, internet safety, the role of local government and preparation for the world of work. These topics integrate well into specific areas of the Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (PSHCE) curriculum and are applicable across other integral secondary-level subjects.
