Who can complain or make a compliment?
Anyone using the council's services can complain or compliment a service, either in person or through a third party.
How do I complain?
To make your initial complaint you can complete our online complaints form:
Alternatively you can download and complete our customer complaints form (PDF), send in a letter, by telephone, email or in person.
Anonymous complaints will be accepted but this can make it difficult for further action to be taken.
