Q: How do I let you know that my bin hasn't been collected and how long will I have to wait to get it emptied?
Answer:
To tell us about a missed bin you can contact us by telephone on 01455 238141 or by email streetscene@hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk.
When we are notified of a missed container we will return to empty it within one working day of notification.
Please note all collections (recycling, garden waste and refuse) start at 7am.
We aim to replace/deliver containers within five working days.
Please note: the working week is Monday to Friday.
