Market Bosworth Neighbourhood Planning Referendum

A referendum to decide if the reviewed Market Bosworth Neighbourhood Plan should be 'made' will take place on Thursday 10 July 2025.

Parish by-elections

  • Elections to fill vacancies on the following parish councils are due to take place on 10 July 2025:
    • Barwell Parish Council – Redhall ward
    • Burbage Parish Council – Tilton ward
    • Witherley Parish Council – Atterton, Fenny Drayton and Witherley wards

  • Deadline to submit nominations: 4pm, Friday 13 June 2025
  • Guidance and nomination papers for prospective candidates may be downloaded from the Electoral Commission (electoralcommission.org.uk)
  • Nominations must be submitted in person, by appointment. Please contact Electoral Services: Electoral Services contact form online or call 01455 238141 to make an appointment
  • If the election is contested, polling day will be held on 10 July 2025
