There are works that we need to do to make sure that your health and safety is not put at risk. This includes the following:
- Legionella checks (in specific properties)
- Gas safety checks
- Electrical safety checks
- Asbestos testing and monitoring
- Fire risk assessments
- Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER)
