Annual complaints performance and service improvement report
In accordance with our complaints policy and the Housing Ombudsman’s complaint handling code, we produce an annual report which outlines the council’s performance in relation to complaints, focussing on service improvement and learning from complaints.
2024-25 report
The 2024-25 annual report was approved by the Ethical Governance & Personnel Committee on 24 June 2025. The committee has provided a response to the report:
