Due to annual billing, business rates online services will be unavailable 20 to 26 February. Council tax and benefits online services will be unavailable 20 to 23 February. Sorry for any inconvenience

Appeals against liability
You may also appeal if you consider that you are not liable to pay council tax (for example, because you are not the resident or owner, or because your property is exempt).
If you think that we have made a mistake in calculating your bill and you wish to appeal on these grounds, you must first notify the Council Tax Team in writing so that we have the opportunity to reconsider the case.
