Armed Forces Day 2026
About the Royal British Legion - Hinckley branch
Royal British Legion Hinckley Branch centenary 1923 - 2026
Hinckley Branch has supported the districts veteran community during its 103 years history, providing guidance, support and a shoulder to lean on throughout. Fundraising at its very heart, its dedication, enthusiasm and commitment has raised huge sums for the Legions welfare programmes; generously supported by the benevolent and appreciative public and businesses across the region.
Hinckley Branch is always keen to increase its Legion family network and membership; although membership of the branch is not imperative, we would be delighted to gain new friends; however, we welcome all visitors and guests at any of our events and gatherings.
It is not compulsory for supporters and volunteers, of any Legion branch, to have any formal service or personal military connections. Hinckley Branch proudly has a wonderful mix of serving, ex-serving and civilian members.
Should you be interested, you will be most welcome to attend one of our meetings to say hello or to contact us for more information.

Recognition
A moment to formally recognise and express our sincere gratitude for their service and sacrifice, which have safeguarded the freedoms we enjoy today; thank you.
