Social housing asset value

Under the local government transparency code 2015, we will annually publish details on the value of social housing assets within our housing revenue account.

Information under this heading will be published using specified value bands and postal codes:

• Total number of homes
• The aggregate value and mean value of the houses for both existing use value (social housing) and market value
• Percentage of homes that are vacant
