Charging regimes and policies
If we charge a fee for licensing the re-use of a dataset, we will state this in the fees and charges.
We will set out how any fees are calculated and whether the charge is made under the Re-use Fees Regulations or under other legislation.
We will not charge a re-use fee if a dataset is available for re-use under the Open Government Licence.
