How to apply
If you live on your own or live with other school or college leavers only, you can apply for a council tax exemption.
For this exemption, you need to be under 20 years old and finished a full-time or qualifying course of education on any year between 30 April and before 1 November.
If you live in a property with one other adult and meet the criteria, then a 25% council tax discount would be applied.
