What is a tenancy agreement?
Whatever type of tenancy you have, you will be given a tenancy agreement.
The tenancy agreement outlines:
- Our obligations to you as the tenant, such as carrying out repairs
- Your obligations to us as the tenant, such as paying your rent, not causing a nuisance, harassment or damage
- Other conditions relating to the tenancy, such as the rules on keeping pets and looking after your property and garden
