Burbage Village Design Statement
Overview
The Village Design Statement (VDS), produced by Burbage Parish Council with support from officers of Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, sets out the principles, design features and quality standards that should be adopted by those wishing to build, modify or extend buildings in the settlement of Burbage.
Where applicable, planning applications for development in Burbage will be subject to the guidance set out in the VDS.
The Burbage VDS was adopted by council on 28 June 2006 following public consultation between 7 November and 19 December 2005.
