Housing trajectory and five-year housing land supply
An annual housing trajectory is produced by the Planning Policy & Regeneration team. This details past housing performance and projects future housing performance.
The latest trajectory from 1 April 2022 is available. Trajectories produced for earlier years are also available on request from the Policy and Regeneration Team.
The five-year housing land supply position is calculated from the 1 April 2022 housing trajectory. A table showing the current position is available within the Residential Land Availability Monitoring Statement (PDF). Table 7 within the report sets out the current five-year land supply position and the overall housing trajectory for the plan period can be found in appendix 13.
