Housing trajectory and five-year housing land supply

An annual housing trajectory is produced by the Planning Policy and Regeneration team. This details past housing performance and projects future housing performance.

The latest trajectory from 1 April 2022 is available. Trajectories produced for earlier years are also available on request from the Planning Policy and Regeneration Team.

The five-year housing land supply position is calculated from the 1 April 2022 housing trajectory. A table showing the current position is available within the Residential Land Availability Monitoring Statement (PDF). Table 7 within the report sets out the current five-year land supply position, and the overall housing trajectory for the plan period can be found in appendix 13.
