Community welcome
Public buildings and spaces around the borough are offering a year-round Community Welcome
The Borough Council has created a list of the many places across the public, private, and voluntary sectors, currently offering its residents a 'community welcome'.
Community welcome aims to ensure that everyone knows where they can go to enjoy a little company and have some light refreshments, in a friendly and welcoming space. These venues are open to all. There may also be opportunities to take part in activities, learn new things and make use of free internet access. Entry may be free, by donation, or for a small charge. Please check the individual listings for more details.
