Hinckley RFC Fireworks Fiesta with Spooky Halloween 2025

This time taking place on a Friday night, Hinckley Rugby Club are again combining a Halloween Fun evening with the Fireworks Fiesta.

Agenda for the evening:

• Fun fair - 5pm to 9:30pm
• Halloween fun - 5pm until when the pumpkins run out
• Fireworks display - 7:30pm
• Live band finale - After the fireworks display

Food and entertainment

Outside:

• Various food stalls - Fresh pizza, hog roast, waffles, Angus burgers & Artesian sausage dogs
• Spooky Halloween Grotto
• Crazy golf
• Fun fair - varying age groups
• Drink bars
• Pumpkin treasure hunt
• Pumpkin rolling
• Spooky face painting
• Jonathan's Fireworks Finale

Inside:

• Artesian sausage
• Bar
• Rugby and football on the big screen
• Band after fireworks

Please note:

• We do not allow:
  • Sparklers
  • Dogs (sorry)
  • Bringing of alcohol
    • All bags will be searched for alcohol which will delay entrance slightly
• We will aim to adhere to the schedule which means late entrants may be disappointed

Alcohol:

• Self-brought alcohol is not allowed on site
• Underage policy: Anyone who appears under the age of 21 will be asked to provide identity to prove they are over 18. This rule will be strictly enforced

Refund policy

If the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, tickets will be refunded in full. Other than that, no refunds will be given.
