Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council is committed to keeping your home safe, comfortable, and well maintained.
To help us plan future improvements, we carry out full stock condition surveys and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments of your home every five years.
We’ve appointed Ark and NXN Surveying to carry out our stock condition surveys across the borough in 2025 and 2026.
