Stock condition survey inspections

Here’s what you can expect if your home has been selected for inspection:

• You will receive a letter from NXN Surveying
• Your surveyor will be in touch directly to arrange appointments with you
• A qualified surveyor will visit your home at the agreed appointment slot
• The inspection will take 30 to 45 minutes
• It will cover: 
  • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Heating systems
  • Windows and roofs
  • Other key components
• No invasive work will be carried out
• The survey is for planning purposes only – not repairs

Surveyor identification

All surveyors carry formal ID and will be happy to show it to you when they arrive.

Next steps

If your home is on this year's survey list, a surveyor will contact you soon to arrange a convenient time for the visit. You don’t need to do anything until then.
