If your debt is passed to one of our external enforcement agencies, you will incur further costs and they will collect those accordingly. A letter will be issued by the external enforcement agency explaining that if full payment, including a compliance fee of £79, is not made in full by the date given, they will attend the premises to collect all monies owed.
