The Dementia Support Service

The Dementia Support Service for Leicestershire is provided by Age UK. They offer support and information to people living with dementia, their carers and families.

The service is available weekdays, 8:30am to 5:30pm. For further information telephone: 0116 223 7363 or email: dementia.support@ageukleics.org.uk
