How to report a problem with a car park
Important: If you’re having difficulty paying for parking, you must call the number shown on the car park tariff board to report the issue before leaving the car park. This allows us to assist you straight away. Reports submitted through this form may not be reviewed quickly enough to resolve payment issues, and you may still receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
If you see or experience any problems with a car park which is run by Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, then please let us know. Use the 'report it' link in this page.
In the comments section please provide as much information as possible such as:
- Location of car park, such as road name
- Problem, such as fault with ticket machine
- If damage to surface, then please type in the comments where this is in the car park
