Report a vehicle causing an obstruction

Depending on where the vehicle is causing the obstruction, please contact the relevant organisation:

On one of our council-owned car parks: phone us on 01455 255626
On the pavement: phone Leicestershire Highways on 0116 305 0001
On a public road where a parking restriction is breached: phone Parking Matters on 0116 305 7953
On a public road where no parking restriction is breached:
- If emergency action is needed: phone 101
- Otherwise write to: Leicestershire Police, Force Headquarters, St Johns, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 2BX
