There is no fee for a standard charity stall, for use by a fundraiser to sell bric-a-brac or similar items or run a tombola. We offer a market stall for this use.

How to apply

Before you send your enquiry read our:

When you submit your enquiry for a charity stall on Hinckley market, please tell us:

  • Your name, address and contact details
  • Charity name, address, registered number and contact details
  • Preferred date (Monday, Friday or Saturday)*
  • Items to be sold
  • Details of your fascia (if applicable)
  • Proof of your insurance

*Please note your preferred date is not guaranteed. You can complete our cultural services contact form to check if your preferred date is available before you apply.

Documents required for your application enquiry:

  • Public liability insurance certificate
  • Risk assessment
