How to check the history of a property or piece of land
The history check does not include information relating to building control applications. This information is data protected and any requests must be made in writing from either the owner of the property or their solicitor. For more information, contact building control
If your history search is for a piece of land/premises that does not have an easily identifiable boundary, you will need to submit a plan to identify the area to be searched upon.
The cost for this service is £64.20.
