View and comment on a planning application
What happens after the consultation period
Applications are decided either by the Planning Manager through delegated powers, or by Planning Committee.
Either method results in a report detailing the issues that have been evaluated.
In the case of a delegated decision, this report is available to view via planning online following the decision being issued.
Where an application is reported to planning committee, the report is available to view via planning online one week prior to the committee meeting.
