Adjusting to Life Outside the Armed Forces is an e-learning module designed for anyone who is coming up to, or currently going through, the resettlement process, or for anyone who has recently left the Armed Forces and is adjusting to life outside the Armed Forces. Anyone supporting a current or ex-member of the Armed Forces in these circumstances may also find the course useful.

Veterans' Gateway is a partnership between The Royal British Legion, Poppyscotland, SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, Combat Stress and service provider Connect Assist. They are funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund. For 24-hour support call 0808 802 1212.

Joining Forces (Age UK) is a Ministry of Defence-supported project to support the quality of life and wellbeing of veterans (anyone who has completed at least one day of military service) born before 1950 and their family and carers. Age UK is partnering with soldiers, sailors, airmen and Families Association (SSAFA), the Armed Forces Charity, to deliver 12 local projects across England, which will involve a partnership between the local Age UK and local SSAFA branch and offering person-centred conversations to older veterans and their family or carer.
