Regulation 18 Consultation 2025

What’s it all about?

We’re asking for your views on the Regulation 18 draft Local Plan. This consultation runs from 12pm on Friday 17 October and will close at 5pm on Friday 28 November 2025.

This consultation only relates to specific new or updated policies and site allocations. Please do not re-submit comments on areas not included in this draft or repeat feedback already provided during the previous consultation in 2024.

Previous responses have already informed the development of these proposals and will continue to shape the next stage of preparing a full pre-submission version of the Local Plan (Regulation 19). 

We welcome new, targeted feedback on the content presented in this Regulation 18 consultation.
