I can’t find my address via a postcode look up
If you have recently moved in to a new build property, the developer should have contacted the council to arrange street naming and numbering. This information then goes onto a 'not yet built' list. The developer should inform the council of proposed occupation dates so that the address can be moved into live databases. Please contact us to notify us of occupation.
Alternatively, you can check you have the correct postcode via Royal Mail (royalmail.com)
