Address, house name and postcode queries
My post is regularly delivered to another property with a similar address
The first thing to consider is whether the delivery driver/postal worker can see your address on your property and is this also true for the other property? Under the Leicestershire Act 1985 "the mark of the property should be clearly visible from the Highway” which should in many cases resolve the issue.
