Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) - formerly known as Annual Monitoring Report
The council is committed to producing an Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) every December, under the provisions of the Localism Act 2011.
The AMR provides information on the implementation of the Local Development Scheme (LDS). The report also offers information on the extent to which policies, as set out in Local Plan 2006 to 2026 documents, are being achieved, during the period 1 April to 31 March each year.
